This blog is for our trips back home to the U.S.
We had a nice Christmas and New Years visit for 2012-2013 to California, Montana and Idaho Falls.
In Montana we visited my Mom and Dad and brother Bill. We where only there for one week, wish it could have been longer. It is always fun to be there in Whitefish. The cabin my Mom and Dad live in was built by them around 1981? My son John was also up there with us. John was there for 2 weeks. My Dad always has equipment for visitors to go skiing in the winter or in the summer there are boats, bikes, and other such wonderful fun things. We went out into the back yard (10 acres) to cut down the Christmas tree. The house is heated with a wood stove with wood cut by my Dad from his own land. There are deer, turkeys, a rooster, and other animals occasionally for viewing and entertainment. We are warm and welcome and it is a nice quiet place to spend quality time with family.
